Sally Keiser, LCSW
Physcotherapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on Long Island, New York, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families.
I have worked in hospitals and schools, where I provided counseling to children with special needs, supported parents, and worked alongside interdisciplinary teams addressing complex medical and emotional challenges. I have inpatient psychiatric unit experience, providing care to clients with serious and persistent mental health issues. I have also served as an elementary school social worker, offering support to both general and special education students.
My practice focuses on working with young adults and adults. I draw on my broad background to offer insight, compassion, and practical strategies to support growth and healing.
I work within a developmental, relational, and object relations framework. I work collaboratively with clients to develop insight into the behaviors and patterns in their lives, focusing on client's strengths and helping to move them toward a constructive and meaningful future. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental.
